School of Legal Studies, LNCT University, organized a legal talk on “New Criminal Laws of India” on 05th August 2024. The event featured a special lecture by Prof. (Dr.) Viney Kapoor Mehra, Founding Vice Chancellor of Dr. B. R. Ambedkar National Law University, Sonipat. Prof. Mehra enlightened the audience with her insights on the three new criminal laws and the frameworks governing these provisions. She also delved into contemporary topics such as organized crime, community service, and cyber law provisions.
The insightful session was successfully conducted by Prof. (Dr.) Anushka Nayak, Head of the School of Legal Studies, LNCT University, under the guidance of Prof. (Dr.) N.K. Thapak, Vice Chancellor of LNCT University.
