International Student Hostel Rules LNCT University | Best Private University in Central India

  1. All International Students are required to fill duly completed Personal Data form; the information must have parents contact number with country code.
  2. All students should report at International Hostels separate for Boys & Girls immediately after their arrival in University.
  3. The Hostel Administration will provide minimum furniture which includes wardrobe, chairs, study table and a ceiling fan with regulator and a tube light.
  4. Rooms once allotted to the students for an academic year will not be changed except in special situations.
  5. The students are entitled for accommodation in the Hostel as long as they are full time registered students.
  6. Any student who is removed from the Rolls of the University will automatically cease to be a resident of the hostel.
  7. Before vacating the rooms, the students should fill up the room Vacating Slip in triplicate. The furniture and fixtures as per inventory list must be handed over to be designated Hostel warden.
  8. The Rooms, common rooms and surroundings should be kept clean and hygiene.
  9. Students should Co-operate in carrying out maintenance work and vacate their rooms completely if the Hostel administration so desires.
  10. The last time to enter the Hostel is 8 PM both for boys & girls.
  11. Guests are only allowed to meet at the Common room.
  12. If a student wants to go another city, he/she must take permission from International cell and if approved then the copy of the approved letter shall be submitted to Hostel warden and Security officer in charge.
  13. Ragging inside the Hostel is strictly not allowed.
  14. Any kind of consumption of alcohol, smoking, drugs or any unwanted substance is not at all allowed, any one found doing so will be rusticated from the University and immediately the information will be sent to the parents and high commission.
  15. All International Students will pay the Hostel fee annually which is mentioned in Admission letter and well explained the Hostel fee column. The fee to be paid either USD or direct to University account department. The copy of the receipt should be submitted to the Hostel Warden immediately after paying.
  16. The use of heavy appliances are not allowed in the Hostel rooms.
  17. While going out from the room, student should switch off the lights and other electrical appliances.
  18. Boys are not allowed to visit Girls hostel and vice versa for Girls.
  19. Cooking inside the room will be allowed only after taking permission from the Hostel warden (Only in special cases.)
  20. Meals are as per student’s choice and will be decided by the International Student Committee.
  21. The Mess timings are as follows:
  • Breakfast : 7: 00 am to 9:00 am
  • Lunch: 12:00 noon to 2:30 pm
  • Dinner: 8:00 pm to 10:30pm

 

  1. Both Boys and Girls Hostels have been provided with First Aid and Primary Medical kit for the International Students. However , in case of any medical emergency that may require hospitalization , the student will be moved to J.K Hospital which is inside the Campus and immediately parents and embassy will be informed accordingly.
