Note:

• The Rooms are big on size with capacity of accommodating 5 students however maximum 3 students are allowed in one room to make it comfortable.
• Every room has the Balcony with it.
• Washrooms are attached with the rooms.
• Every room has a provision of Cooking Slabs for making tea/coffee or small ready to cook items.
• Water is available 24/7, cold water in summers and hot in winters.
• Wi-Fi is free and available 24/7.
• The fee is inclusive of electricity however if any student is using washing machine, induction or any heavy appliances in his room then he/she is liable to pay the bills as per meter readings.
