The School of Architecture at LNCT University had an orientation on NSS (National service scheme) on 27th November 2021. The aim and vision of NSS were shared by Lieutenant Piyush Nema (NCC and NSS coordinator at LNCT University) with all of the four batches of the architecture students.
The main objectives of the program were:
-To make students aware of NSS
-To demonstrate its policies, eligibility criteria, terms and conditions
-To inform about the benefits of joining NSS
-To inform about the activities conducted by NSS
Sir also briefed the opportunity in various government led community service activities & programs to the students. The exhibition and the activities of SoA were demonstrated by HOD, Dr. Shashi Saxena and Dr. Ankita Srivastava. The orientation program was organized by Rishita Sharma and Kirti Singh, SoA cultural team.
All in all, the orientation programme was very informative, encouraging and motivating for the students to join the NSS.
