LNCT – The Trendsetter in North India

Lakshmi Narain College of Technology (LNCT) is recognized as a leading institution in technical education, shaping thousands of students’ futures. Established in 1994 as the first private technology college in the Hindi belt, LNCT has continuously set benchmarks in engineering, medical sciences, and other technical fields. Starting with 180 seats, the institution now offers 1,140 seats, while the entire LNCT Group exceeds 6,000 seats.

Leadership & Vision

Dr. Anupam Chouksey, the energetic Secretary of LNCT Group of Colleges, is continuing the legacy of his father, Shri J.N. Chouksey, with a bold vision for growth. Under his leadership, LNCT aims to achieve university status to enhance academic freedom and expand internationally, including collaborations with the Turkmenistan government for a medical university.

Reflecting on LNCT’s journey, Dr. Anupam acknowledges the early challenges faced by his father but attributes their success to perseverance and innovation. LNCT was the first to introduce a student dress code and compulsory college transportation, both of which later became standard practices.

A key strength of LNCT is its committed faculty, many of whom have remained with the institution since its inception. Dr. Anupam’s wife, Shweta Chouksey, also plays a significant role as a Director of the group. Their leadership ensures that LNCT continues to thrive.
