एल.एन.सी.टी. युनिवर्सिटी के अन्तर्गत एल-एन- मेडिकल कालेज एण्ड रिसर्च सेन्टर में आज आनलाईन एवं आफलाईन के मिश्रित तरीके से किया जाने वाला आधुनिकतम Cardiac Life Support Training Programme प्रारंभ किया गया। पूरे मध्य भारत में इस तकनीक से यह टेªनिंग कराने वाला यह प्रथम संस्थान है युनिवर्सिटी के संस्थापक एवं प्रबंधकगण श्री जय नारायण चैकसे, श्री अनुपम चैकसे एवं श्री धमेन्द्र गुप्ता के अथक प्रयासों से यह संभव हो सका तथा एल-एन-सी-टी- विश्वविघालय के कुलगुरू प्रो. डा. एन.के. थापक तथा रजिस्ट्रार डा ए.के- सोनी एवं समस्त मेडिकल एवं पैरामेडिकल के प्रमुख पदाधिकारियों की उपस्थिति में इसका उदघाटन एक गरिमामय समारोह में दिनांक 17-06-2025 को सम्पन्न हुआ। इस हेतु एक अत्याधुनिक मेनिकिन माडल (RQI) की लाचिंग भी इस अवसर पर की गई जिसकी कीमत लगभग रू 18 लाख है हार्टकोड कम्प्लीट प्राग्राम के विषय में विस्तत जानकारी देते हुए एल.एन. मेडिकल कालेज की अधिष्ठाता डा नलिनी मिश्रा एवं प्रोग्राम कोआडिनेटर प्रोफेसर डा नेहा राय ने बताया कि यह एक विष्व स्तर पर सिद्ध आनलाइन प्रोग्राम है और अमेरिकन हार्ट ऐसोसिएशन और लेरडल मेडिकल टेक्नोलाजी द्वारा सह- विकसत और संचालित है। हाल ही में भारत में यह Medlearn द्वारा उपलब्ध कराया गया है। चूंकि भारत मे हृदय संबंधी समस्याएं मृत्यु का प्रमुख कारण बन रही हैं और अचानक हृदयाघात से बचने की दर दुनिया भर में 1 प्रतिशत से भी कम है क्यों कि उच्च गुणवत्ता वाला सीपीआर हृदयाघात से बचने के लिए सबसे बड़ा निर्धारक है और यह वह आधार है जिस पर अन्य सभी उपचार निर्मित होते है। हार्टकोड कम्प्लीट प्रोग्राम प्रशिक्षण की खासियत यह है कि प्रशिक्षू स्वास्थ्य सेवा प्रदाता को यह एक लचीने ओर कुशल तरीकें से प्रशिक्षण प्रदान करने के लिए स्व-निर्देशित व्यावहारिक कौशल प्रशिक्षण के साथ स्व- गतिशील ई-लार्निग को जोड़ता है एवं समय बचाने के साथ साथ यह एक उत्तम गुणवत्ता का प्रशिक्षण सुनिश्चित करता है l

The Bronchoscopy Unit was inaugurated in the Respiratory Department of LN Medical College’s JK Hospital. This unit is equipped with advanced bronchoscopy technology, which uses a lens-guided thin flexible tube to study the lungs and airways. Bronchoscopy is a safe and modern procedure performed by pulmonologists under general anesthesia in the hospital to examine and diagnose various lung conditions. The development of this new bronchoscopy unit will not only benefit patients from the respiratory department but also prove useful for patients from other departments. Additionally, the department also offers thoracoscopy facilities, which are available in only a few hospitals in Madhya Pradesh. Thoracoscopy is a complex diagnostic and investigative procedure that helps in detecting and treating serious conditions such as cancer by examining abnormal tissues or fluid accumulation between the lung membranes (pleura). With these advanced facilities now available at JK Hospital, treatment for patients suffering from severe respiratory diseases has become much more accessible and convenient.

Successful organization of blood donation camp in LNCTU BHOPAL ! On World Blood Donor Day 14 June 2025 — National Cadet Corps (NCC) & National Service Scheme (NSS) unit and JK Hospital in LNCTU UNIVERSITY BHOPAL, organized a blood donation camp. In the camp, the interns/PG students, Faculty, Staff, NSS Volunteers and NCC Cadet voluntarily donated their blood. The program was conducted under the guidance of hon'ble Management of LNCTU, Director of J K Hospital Dr. A K Choudhary, Vice Chancellor Dr. N K Thapak and Registrar Dr. A K Soni. According to Extended & Outreach Activity Coordinator/ NCC Officer Capt Piyush Nema, "The objective of this initiative is to provide blood to the needy on time and to promote awareness about blood donation in the society." Dr Suwarna Sawarkar emphasizes the need and impact of blood donation on a healthy human body. At the event, Blood donors were awarded by certificates as praise, Gift Hampers (HDFC) and also the high energy refreshments. NCC/ NSS Members, Interns/PGs and other students contributed significantly to the success of the program.
