This management-oriented internship is designed to shape young minds by immersing them in the *real-world process of management and content creation. The programme offers structured exposure to how management ideas are transformed into meaningful content, and how such content strategically supports, influences, and sustains market operations*
*Students will gain practical insight into core management functions, including planning, organizing, coordination, leadership, decision-making, and execution* , with special emphasis on:
Creating purpose-driven content
Understanding market needs and consumer mindset
Supporting brands and initiatives through strategic management practices
Bridging classroom theory with field-level managerial application
