LNCT University Organizes Faculty Development Programme on Positive Organizational Behaviour
The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC), LNCT University, Bhopal, in association with the Microtask Force for Brainstorming Cell, successfully organized a Faculty Development Programme (FDP) on “Building Positive Organizational Behaviour through Emotional Intelligence, Trust and Teamwork” on 31st October 2026 at the CME Hall, LNCT University.
The programme commenced with a warm welcome address by the Hon’ble Vice Chancellor, LNCT University, who welcomed the eminent speaker.
The session was graced by Dr. Rajeev Agrawal, Chairman, Industry Association and Motivational Speaker, Bhopal, who served as the resource person. He delivered an insightful and engaging session highlighting the importance of emotional intelligence, mutual trust, effective communication, collaboration and teamwork in fostering a positive organizational culture.
The programme provided valuable insights to faculty members on strengthening interpersonal relationships, enhancing professional effectiveness, developing a collaborative work environment and promoting institutional growth through positive organizational behaviour.
The session witnessed enthusiastic participation and meaningful interaction among faculty members, making it an enriching learning experience.
