A 33-year-old male presented to the Surgery Department at JK Hospital with complaints of left-sided scrotal swelling and discomfort, clinically diagnosed as a left varicocele.

During surgery, intraoperative findings revealed a dilated left internal spermatic vein. The procedure was successfully performed using a laparoscopic approach, with precise identification and harmonic coagulation of the affected vein while carefully preserving surrounding structures.
