An Management Development Program on the topic “Good Governance and Institutional Leadership” was successfully organized by IQAC at LNCT University on 14 March 2026 for the faculty members of the university. The program aimed to enhance understanding of effective governance practices and strengthen leadership capabilities within academic institutions.
The program commenced with a welcome address by the *Honourable Vice Chancellor*, who highlighted the importance of implementing good governance practices in higher education institutions.
The session was delivered by the distinguished resource person *Dr. Manoj Kumar Jain Senior Adviser & Centre Head CHR-T, AIGGPA, Bhopal*. He emphasized the significance of ethical leadership, transparency, accountability, and collaborative decision-making in institutional governance, and explained how effective leadership contributes to a positive academic environment and institutional growth.
The session was interactive and insightful, with faculty members actively participating and appreciating the valuable perspectives shared. The program concluded with a vote of thanks, expressing gratitude to the resource person and all participants for making the session meaningful and successful.
