School of Legal Studies Organised Expert Lecture on ‘Legal Nuances of RERA’ at LNCT University
The School of Legal Studies, LNCT University, organised an expert lecture on “Legal Nuances of RERA” on 28th August 2025. The session was delivered by Mr. Manav Tanwani, Counsel, High Court of Madhya Pradesh, who provided an in-depth analysis of the RERA Act and discussed its practical implementation procedures.
As part of the program, certificates were also distributed to students who participated in a two-day educational visit conducted in collaboration with Pandit Kunjilal Vidyapeeth and M.P. Vidhan Sabha.
The event was graced by the presence of Hon’ble Vice Chancellor Sir and Registrar Sir. The program was successfully conducted under the able guidance of Prof. (Dr.) M.K. Sahu, Dean & Director, School of Legal Studies (SOLS), LNCT University.
