Legal Skill Development Programme
The School of Legal Studies, LNCT University, Bhopal, under the aegis of IQAC and the Training & Placement Cell, successfully organized an insightful Legal Skill Development Programme on 20th August 2026.
The programme focused on the theme “Importance of CV Building & Soft Skills in the Legal Profession”, with the objective of equipping students with essential professional skills required to build a successful career in the legal field.
The session featured an expert interaction with Mr. Shubham Upadhyay, Founder, The Law Tales, who provided students with practical and valuable insights into effective CV building, professional presentation, communication skills, personality development, and the importance of soft skills in the contemporary legal profession. The interactive nature of the session encouraged students to understand how academic qualifications can be effectively complemented with professional and interpersonal competencies.
The programme was organized under the guidance of Prof. (Dr.) Mukesh Kumar Sahu, Dean & Director, School of Legal Studies, LNCT University, Bhopal.
The event was coordinated by the faculty members of the School of Legal Studies, Mr. Rohit Sharma, Mr. Durgandra Singh Rajpoot, and Mr. Rajat Umrey, who ensured the smooth and effective conduct of the programme.
The session concluded on a positive and enriching note, with students gaining valuable insights into the expectations of the legal profession and the significance of developing a strong professional profile. The programme successfully provided students with practical guidance to enhance their CVs, communication abilities, soft skills, and overall employability, thereby strengthening the connection between academic learning and professional preparedness.
