MPASICON was held in Minto hall, Bhopal on 22nd and 23rd February,2020. LN medical college , Dept. of surgery showed good participation and involvement throughout the event.
Various session were chaired by our esteemed faculties, guest lectures were given and second year post graduates participated actively in various events.
Dr Krishnanand, professor & HOD,gave a talk on topic ”Incisional hernia: open versus laparoscopic”.
Dr Navneet Mishra, Associate Professor was speaker on the topic“Appendicular lump: Operate or Conserve”.
Dr Ashwin Apte, ProfessorSurgerywas speaker on the topic “Laparoscopic surgery in paediatrics and its scope. ”
Various events were cheered by respected faculty members
Dr Sarla Menon(consultant neurosurgeon), Dr Mahesh Ram (assistant professor), Dr Qutubuddin Ali (consultant urosurgeon).
The PG posters were judged by Dr Shrikant Sharma,Professor Surgery. Dr Krishnanand, judged “Dr VK Agrawalfor best thesis paper”.
The MPASICON PG quiz was held on 22nd February , Dr Sakshi Goyal and Dr Deepak Kumar Soni, 2nd year PG residents of LNMC got 3rd prize among 8 medical colleges.
Dr Palak Paliwaland Dr Sakshi Goyal, competed in “Dr IP Agrawal award for best PG paper”.
Dr Amit Tiwari, Dr Deepak Kumar Soni, Dr Vishal Bansal& Dr Vinay Golandaj participated in free paper held on 23rd february,2020. Dr Amit Tiwari, Dr Deepak Kumar Soni, Dr Deepak Raghuwanshi, Dr Gambhir Patel, Dr Kamalkishore Parmar, Dr Palak Paliwal, Dr Sakshi Goyal, Dr Shivam Deewan, Dr Vinay Golandaj, Dr Vishal Bansal participated in poster presentation.
