School of Legal Studies, LNCT University conducted an academic visit of 20 students to ‘M.P. State Arbitration Tribunal’ on 27th July 2026.
The students were able to observe and attend live motion hearing and final Aargument proceedings of the Tribunal on Public Infrastructure Projects, Utility Infrastructure, Supply & Service Agreements, Contract Breach & Termination and Payment & Bill Claims.
The students were then addressed by the Chairman of M.P. Arbitration Tribunal Shri P.N. Singh (Retd. High Court Judge) and the legal members Shri B.R. Yadav (Retd. Principal District & Sessions Judge) and Shri P.K. Sharma (Retd. Principal District & Sessions Judge) as well as the Registrar of M.P. Arbitration Tribunal.
The visit concluded with the felicitation of the Chairman and Legal Members by Prof. (Dr.) Mukesh Kumar Sahu, Dean & Director, School of legal Studies, LNCT University with a token of our appreciation and gratitude alongwith the faculty co-ordinators for the visit Ms. Snigdha Saraiya & Mr. Pankaj Shinde.
