School of Physical Education, LNCT University is organizing “One Minute Fitness Competition” on Sunday, 13 December 2020. For participation, you have to choose any 1 Exercise (Plank, Skipping & Squat), record a 1-minute video of it, and send it via WhatsApp or Email.
