The School of Hospitality Management (SOHM), LNCT University, organized an Industrial Visit to Pride Hotel, Bhopal for students of the 3rd, 5th, and 7th semesters. The visit aimed to provide practical exposure and real-time learning in the hospitality industry.
During the visit, students explored various departments including Food & Beverage Operations, Front Office Operations, Housekeeping Formalities, and observed unique culinary practices in the Food Production Department that focus on presentation and taste enhancement.
Mr. Deepak Sagar, Operations Coordinator at Pride Hotel, provided in-depth insights into hotel operations, the Pride Group’s legacy, and discussed career opportunities and growth prospects within the hospitality sector.
The visit was coordinated by Dr. Nikhil Chaurasia and Mrs. Monika Shakya, under the guidance of Prof. Jitendra Sharma. The students greatly benefited from the hands-on learning experience, gaining valuable industry knowledge and inspiration for their future careers.
