The School of Pharmaceutical Sciences, LNCT University Bhopal organized an industrial visit to Gladden Health Care Pvt. Ltd., Mandideep, where students gained practical exposure to the manufacturing of Absorbent Cotton Wool (I.P.), Surgical Dressing Cotton Rolls, Cotton Crepe Bandages, and the operation of Fiber Opening & Cotton Roll Making Machines. The visit was supervised by Dr. J. P. Rai, Principal, with support from faculty coordinators Aniket Bisen, Vikas Kumar, Seema Dwivedi, and Bharti Yadav. Students also interacted with Dr. Rajeev Koushik, Managing Director, who guided them on industry standards, product quality, and career opportunities. The visit enriched students’ understanding of industrial manufacturing, quality assurance, and real-time production workflow.
