Today a team of Anaesthesiologists from Department of Anaesthesiology of LNMC & JK Hospital did demonstration and hands-on training of non-medical persons for Compression Only Life Support (COLS) in DPS Kolar and JK Hospital on World “Restart A Heart” Day 2018. Team’s focus was to train drivers, bus helpers, security guards and other non-medical persons about steps in COLS and chest compressions. The HOD of Department Dr Nupur Chakraborty, Professor Dr Sumit Bhargava, Dr Ashish Saraogi and other faculty members talked about it’s importance and that every citizen can save a life if we are aware of simple steps.
