Post graduates from Department of Surgery, LN Medical College and JK Hospital participated in the 85thnational conference of Association of Surgeons of India held at Kolkata on the dates 17th-20th of December 2025.
Workshop focused on the vital surgical competencies such as suturing techniques, bowel anastomosis and laparoscopic skills using endotrainers, along with Introduction to Da Vinci robotic system. Participants received hands on experience under guidance of trained technicians and expert faculty members, fostering precision, technique refinement and confidence in operative procedures.
The conference was organised by the Association of surgeons of India and headed by Dr MakhanLalSaha (MBBS, MS, FRCS, FMAS, FALS, FAIS) and the CME was organized in the grandiose venue of Biswa Bangla convention centre which provided world class facilities and auditorium.
