School of Legal Studies at LNCT University successfully organized an expert lecture delivered by Mr. Anil Kumar Agrawal, a retired Principal District & Sessions Judge, on the topic of “Settlement of Issues and Framing of Charges at Trial.” During his insightful discussion, Mr. Agrawal elaborated on the legal provisions and procedures of civil and criminal law in a trial. The session was effectively concluded under the supervision of Dr. Anushka Nayak, Head of the Department and Professor at SOLS, along with other esteemed faculty members.
