The School of Legal Studies at LNCT University organized a visit to the Central Jail for BALLB/BBALLB/LLB 3rd year students. It was an educational trip for the law students who were accompanied to the Central Jail, Bhopal. At the jail, the students and teachers were guided by the officers appointed by the Jail authorities. The visitors roamed in the jail, library, mess, barracks, jail dispensary, cooking area, and the place where the inmates do their respective productive work such as the art of clay and carpenter’s works.
In the Auditorium, several inmates we performing their singing programmes. It was an incredible educational trip for law students. In the doubt session’s the Superintendent of Central Jail in Bhopal, Mr. Dinesh Nargawe Sir, answered all the inquiries of the students.
Under the guidance of our director of SOLS, Prof. Dr. Seema Mandloi, and the faculty members – Birendra Kumar Tiwari, Rishi Bhargava, Saood Khan, and Mayank Jagawanshi, the jail trip ended successfully.
