On the occasion of World Hand Hygiene Day, L. N Medical College & J K Hospital, Bhopal jointly organized a one day workshop for the doctors and staff of J K hospital, Bhopal.
World Hand Hygiene Day, not to be confused with Global Hand-washing Day, is celebrated on the fifth day of May every year.
May 5th, 2009 was the day when the first World Hand Hygiene Day was celebrated to further this cause and bring awareness to the vast majority of people who often ignore the importance of cleansing their hands regularly.
Critical Care Unit of J.K hospital and L.N. Medical College jointly organized a one day workshop on 5th May 2018 at J. K Hospital, LNCTU Campus, Bhopal (M.P.)
Hands-on Skill Development workshop presented by Dr. Rupesh Jain (Head Critical Care Unit- JK hospital) and the presentation on “Hand Hygiene” was given by Dr. Ashish Saraogi (Intensivist) J K hospital, Bhopal.
The workshop was attended by Dr. Sarla Menon (Medical Superintendent, JK hospital), Dr. A.K Chaudhary (Director Medical Services, JK hospital) Dr. D P Singh (HOD, Medicine), Dr. Ramnani (HOD, Microbiology) and other Doctors, Chief Nursing Superintendents, NS and DNS with Nursing Staff and Technicians of Critical Care Unit.
